He focuses his practice on a broad range of US and international franchising and licensing, intellectual property law including internet, e-commerce, and domestic and international trademark and technology transfer and licensing issues. Mr. Costello co-authored the Bloomberg BNA Corporate Practice Portfolio Series No. 102, Franchising treatise.
