Robert Love has been an actively licensed CPA in the state of California for over 30 years and has been a Chief Financial Officer in various industries throughout his career.

Mr. Love is currently the CFO of Creative Digital Systems Integration, a developer of Next Generation telemetry tracking systems. CDSI’s digital beamforming technology offers the most advanced and innovative wideband solution available today and supports a variety of applications for ground, sea, and airborne uses for governmental clients including the Navy, Air Force, NOAA, and NASA. Mr. Love is responsible for transitioning the company from an R&D governmental focus into the commercial product arena. Mr. Love is also the CEO for GoGi Wines, a high-end producer of fine wine in the highly acclaimed Sta. Rita Hills AVA. During his involvement over the last 8 years, Mr. Love has been instrumental in GoGi Wines’ growth by developing and executing a clearly defined plan through multiple channels.

Previously, Mr. Love was the CFO of The Closet Factory, a National $300+ million manufacturer of custom closets and related products. In addition to his regular duties in fiscal management, information technology, collection, cost cutting and processes & procedures, restructuring implementation, Mr. Love led the development and launch of an additional line of business (Residential and Commercial painting) from scratch.

Prior to these positions, Mr. Love was the CFO/Secretary/Board member for Fastframe USA, an international manufacturer/retailer/wholesaler of custom picture frames and products where he helped build the business platform for developing the company from a struggling start-up…exceeding shareholder sales and profit goals year after year by developing innovative programs for scaling growth which ranged from low cost “satellite locations” to mergers & acquisitions of competing stores/brands while continuing to develop various programs and incentive systems for both sales and cost controls, thus further driving margins and profits.

Mr. Love also serves on the Board of Directors of The Capable Foundation, which serves to promote inclusion for children with disabilities. Mr. Love previously served on the Board of Directors of The Joshua Project Foundation: A Foundation serving individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired. Mr. Love has also supported the efforts of the Special Olympics since his college years, volunteering at various events and cherishing the profound joy of participation shown by the special athletes.

Mr. Love holds an undergraduate Business degree from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo. A native of the Central Coast of California, he and his wife Lori reside in Simi Valley and have two grown daughters.
