Victoria Gonzalez has been with The Hawn Foundation since 2012 and is a Miami, Florida native.
Sara Uhlig — Program Manager
Sara Uhlig is a Master of Arts graduate from The Savannah College of Art and Design, holding both an M.A. in Arts Administration and a B.F.A. in Dramatic Writing. Since 2013 she has assisted with programming and development within a number of organizations in the eastern United States; including the SCAD Museum of Art, 13th Street Repertory Theater, and New York Theatre Intensives. Sara has been a part of the THF team since 2015, and originally hails from Durham, North Carolina.

Julia Organ — Director of Education & Training
Julia is a graduate of Psychology from The University of London and a qualified teacher. With over 25 years experience working in education, including roles in headship, school improvement and initial teacher training, Julia brings a wealth of expertise to leading the UK arm of The Hawn Foundation. Julia is tasked with developing and implementing the UK strategic plan, curriculum development, teacher training and monitoring the quality and fidelity of the implementation of MindUP in schools.
Emily Phillips — Program Manager
Emily Phillips is a graduate of Classics and Philosophy from The University of Leeds. Emily has previously worked for volunteer-led trusts and has a keen interest in charity work, teaching and fundraising. Having obtained her degree in 2016, Emily then travelled to India as a volunteer, on behalf of the British Council, teaching English to children across a wide range of ages. As Programme Manager for The Hawn Foundation UK, Emily assists with co-ordinating MindUP™ training and events and working relationships with schools. She is in charge of managing all office operations and administration, and managing our social media.
Rachel Bailey — Training and School Partnership Lead
Rachel has over 25 years experience working in education, including roles in teaching, senior leadership in schools, and as school improvement consultant for local authorities, regional government and education charities. Rachel brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the team to enable students and staff to grow, learn and thrive within happy, successful, dynamic learning environments. As our Schools Partnership and Training lead, Rachel is tasked with developing and leading quality MindUP training and development for schools, along with facilitating networking opportunities and CPD for all MindUP leads in our UK Schools.
